Pat Mills (born 7 March 1949[1]) was a British comic strip writer who was best known for creating the British comics Action and 2000 AD. He co-wrote several Doctor Who comics with John Wagner, as well as writing audio adventures for Big Finish (including adapting his proposed TV story The Song of the Space Whale).

He also featured on the documentary Stripped for Action: The Fourth Doctor.
