Malohkeh, a Silurian scientist, was the personal physician of Holy Roman Emperor, Winston Churchill.

When Churchill grew concerned that the time was always 5:02pm, and the date always 22 April 2011, Malohkeh attempted to reassure him: "The date and the time have always been the same, Caesar. Why should it start bothering me now?".

Churchill requested the presence of his Soothsayer, but Malohkeh informed him that he was in the Tower of London, "where [Churchill] threw him the last time". (TV: The Wedding of River Song)
