Winston Churchill (River Song's World)
Winston Churchill ruled from the Buckingham Senate in London as Holy Roman Emperor.
Troubled by the fact that the time was always 5:02 PM on 22 April 2011, Churchill summoned his Soothsayer from the Tower of London.

After a visit to Gaul, Churchill returned to the Buckingham Senate along the Mall on his personal mammoth.
While having his blood pressure checked by Malohkeh, Churchill grew concerned that the time was always 5:02 PM, and the date 22 April 2011. He recalled his Soothsayer from the Tower of London, and questioned him as to what had happened to time.
The Soothsayer told him the story of his meeting with Dorium Maldovar, how he came to be on the shore of Lake Silencio, and of the woman who should have killed him.
As the story unfolded, Churchill and his Soothsayer found themselves fighting an unknown enemy; they had moved to the senate room, and Churchill had fired his gun. They looked up to see Silents hanging above them. As they did so, a grenade rolled in, knocking Churchill to the floor. It was Amelia Pond and her soldiers. (TV: The Wedding of River Song)
