Peter Wragg (13 December 1946-15 April 2012[1]) was the visual effects designer for the Doctor Who television stories The Visitation, Resurrection of the Daleks and Mindwarp. He also operated the uncredited Fendahleen in Image of the Fendahl (DWM 197) and was an uncredited visual effects assistant on The Pirate Planet. (INFO: The Pirate Planet)
