Bernard Padden (born 29 December 1956[1]) played Tylos in the Doctor Who television story Full Circle.
He was among those interviewed for the documentary All Aboard the Starliner included in the serial's DVD release. In the documentary, he stated that he was considered for the role of Adric.

Bernard currently works as a lecturer at Staffordshire University.
