Eutenoyar was an important figure from Gallifreyan history.

Shortly before the War on Romana III's Gallifrey, superstitious Gallifreyan youths fell into cults devoted Founders of Gallifrey, some about Apeiron and some worshipping Eutenoyar, whom they put forward as another Founder even though (by that same account) the classical line-up of Founders of Gallifrey was "Rassilon, Omega, Pandak, Apeiron and the Other". Vozarti suggested that the cult of Eutenoyar constituted an example of disaffected Gallifreyans "dabbling in Faction rites". (PROSE: The Ancestor Cell)
