A Junior Time Lord, "a boy of a mere two hundred years", (PROSE: The Three Doctors) assisted in a control room during the Omega crisis that required the help of the first three incarnations of the Doctor.
He initially protested against the idea of the First Doctor assisting the Second and Third Doctors. (TV: The Three Doctors)

- Graham Leaman previously portrayed the Third Time Lord in TV: Colony in Space. However, the Third Time Lord was a major member of the Time Lord hierarchy, as opposed to a Junior Time Lord; in fact, he was an earlier incarnation of the Chancellor who appears alongside this Junior Time Lord in The Three Doctors, Socra.
