Daniel Woods was the vagrant charged with the murder of Anthony Chambers in Fell's Point, Baltimore, Maryland in September 1984. However, he was completely innocent and had actually seen Anthony being killed by a "silver ghost". In helping the Sixth Doctor protect Peri Brown, her mother Janine Foster and Anthony's children Katherine and Nathaniel Chambers, he was himself killed by a Cyberman. (AUDIO: The Reaping)
