A Strategist Dalek was shown as part of the Parliament of the Daleks in Asylum of the Daleks. However, it would be speculative to identify the two definitively, as the parodical Strategist from The Universal Song Contest has a dark blue casing whereas the one in the original televised episode had a lighter, more metallic-looking travel machine.
