A Strategist Dalek of the New Dalek Paradigm spoke on behalf of the Parliament of the Daleks on Skaro when the Daleks highjacked the Universal Song Contest, declaring themselves the universal winners and "masters of song" despite not actually having participated or even registered. A Strategist Dalek was shown as part of the Parliament of the Daleks in Asylum of the Daleks. However, it would be speculative to identify the two definitively, as the parodical Strategist from The Universal Song Contest has a dark blue casing whereas the one in the original televised episode had a lighter, more metallic-looking travel machine.
