A Junkers 88 was a type of Junkers aeroplane used by the German Luftwaffe during World War II.
In summer 1940, they engaged British Spitfires in the Battle of Britain.
In 2040, these planes featured in a recreation of the Battle of Britain to commemorate the 100th anniversary. (PROSE: /Carpenter/Butterfly/Baronet)
