The Junkers was a type of aeroplane used by the German Luftwaffe during the Second World War. (PROSE: Warlords of Utopia)
One variant of the plane was the Junkers 88 which engaged British Spitfires in the Battle of Britain in summer 1940. In 2040, these planes featured in a recreation of the Battle of Britain to commemorate the 100th anniversary. (PROSE: /Carpenter/Butterfly/Baronet)
