Taxi

A taxi, also called a cab, was a means of transportation in which the user paid someone to drive them somewhere. (PROSE: Trapped!)

In 1994, Liz Shaw took a black cab from the train station to the P.R.O.B.E. office at Ashley House after visiting a conference regarding Hawthorne. (HOMEVID: The Zero Imperative)

The Tenth Doctor and Donna Noble tried taking a taxi to St Mary's Church in Chiswick, but the driver kicked them out when they realised neither had any money.
