At some point Sarah met Jackie Tyler, Odessa Smith, Suzie and Bev and in the 1980s, they formed the 'Wednesday Girls', who met every Wednesday night for wine and chips. (PROSE: Rose [+]Loading...["Rose (novelisation)"])
Some time later, Sarah met Stuart Hoskins on a street corner outside the Beatbox Club at 2am. Sarah didn't have money for a taxi and Stuart took her home. He gave her his telephone number by writing it on the back of her hand. According to Stuart, he "[n]ever got rid of her since." Sarah fell pregnant with Stuart's child out of wedlock and they got engaged.
When she arrived at the church for their wedding on 7 November 1987, Sarah was confronted by a Reaper; though she screamed in horror, it ignored her for some reason and attacked and devoured the vicar instead. She took refuge in the church, as did Stuart and their guests. She begged the Ninth Doctor to save everyone trapped in the church. After the Reapers vanished, they were married. Along with everyone else in the church, Sarah forgot about the Doctor and the unusual events that happened. The only unusual thing she remembered was the death of Peter Tyler just outside the church. Writing on Who is Doctor Who?, Mickey Smith recalled Sarah's wedding. According to Mickey, "everyone loved [Sarah], and her dad had money". Some time after the wedding, Sarah and Stuart moved away. (PROSE: Rose's Dad? [+]Loading...["Rose's Dad? (short story)"])

In one parallel universe, a version of Sarah Clark also existed. Like her counterpart of the Doctor's universe, this version of Sarah Clark also married Stuart Hoskins. When confronted about questioning Pete Tyler and Jackie Reeve on their lives in the 1980s, Rose Tyler claimed that she was planning a reunion for Stuart Hoskins and Sarah Clark's wedding. Another counterpart of Sarah existed in a different parallel universe. Odessa Smith was a friend of Sarah, along with Suzie and Bev. However, Odessa met up with Sarah less regularly by the time she encountered the Jackie Tyler of the Doctor's universe.
