Catherine Cusack (born 21 December 1968[1]) played the Blue Kang leader, Drinking Fountain, in the Doctor Who television story Paradise Towers. She later reprised that role in the Webcast 24 Carat to promote The Collection release of Season 24.
She shared her memories of Paradise Towers on the documentary Horror on the High Rise.
