A bogeyman was created by the parthenogenesis machine on Baby Station Beta to provide a being for the babies to be scared of when it started to take care of them. It lived on the lower levels of the station and was made from the snot of the children. It roared at 17Hz, a frequency specifically chosen to instil fear, which made even the Fifteenth Doctor scared of it. Jocelyn Sancerre tried to remove it from the ship by ejecting it out of an airlock, but it was saved by the Doctor as they were both the only ones of their respective species.
