Doctor Fendelman was the twenty-first The Blogs of Doom short story, published in July of 2019, in Doctor Who Magazine 539. Like other features in the series, it narrated events in the life of a minor Doctor Who TV character before and after their involvement in the Doctor's life, turning everything the readers thought they knew about them on its head.
In this case, the subject of writer Jonathan Morris's attention was Doctor Fendelman from Image of the Fendahl.
Plot[[edit] | [edit source]]
The events of Image of the Fendahl are seen from Doctor Fendelman's perspective, as he shares his thoughts with Adam Colby and remarks on the similarities between the events at Fetch Priory and Quatermass and the Pit, which can't be a coincidence.
