Hoochy Pie was a friend of Lindy Pepper-Bean. She initially dismissed her claims that there was something wrong in Finetime. However, when given more evidence she followed the Fifteenth Doctor's instructions to the underground river. She then left with fellow refugees, ignoring the Doctor's appeal to find a different world due to her racism. (TV: Dot and Bubble [+]Loading...["Dot and Bubble (TV story)"])
