Friendship is Universal[1] was a poster displayed and sold at San Diego Comic-Con on 25 July 2024.
It marked the second official crossover between the Doctor Who and Star Trek franchises after the comic story Assimilation².

- The Seventh Doctor's umbrella is being held by Dr. Leonard McCoy.
- Captain Picard was originally going to be holding the Tenth Doctor's sonic screwdriver. The BBC requested he hold the Fifteenth Doctor's sonic screwdriver.[1]
- The Twelfth Doctor is next to Captain Benjamin Sisko. Peter Capaldi auditioned for the role of Benjamin Sisko in 1992.
- Three of the Star Trek characters featured in this illustration are played by actors who also appeared in the DWU:
- After playing Kira Nerys, Nana Visitor played Olivia Colasanto in Torchwood: Miracle Day.
