Buckingham Palace diverged from its original timeline on 25 June 2007, when Donna Noble turned right instead of left; this small change in affairs produced a parallel world.
Buckingham Palace was destroyed on 25 December 2008, when it became the crash site of a replica of the Titanic. The resulting explosion obliterated London, creating a mushroom cloud which covered the whole of southern England with radiation. (TV: Turn Left)
