The Buckingham Senate was located in London in River Song's World.
A news anchor reported that the Holy Roman Emperor Winston Churchill was returning to the Buckingham Senate atop his personal mammoth. Receiving a check up from Malohkeh, Churchill requested that his soothsayer, the Eleventh Doctor, be brought to him. As the Doctor explained to Churchill what had happened to time, the pair found that they had moved to the senate room. The Doctor soon realised that they had been encountering a group of memory-proof Silents. At that point, Amy Pond and her forces stormed in and contained the Silents before retrieving the Doctor, whom Amy rendered unconscious with a stun gun. (TV: The Wedding of River Song)
