Avvox was a member of the Silurian parliament and was one of the Triad. She told Melanie Bush that they wanted a nuclear war so that they could fully power up all Silurian Cities to revive all their people. She listened the Seventh Doctor's plan and thought that their plan was an act of madness. She killed Spenodus to stop him starting the war. She then talked to Shen. (AUDIO: The Silurian Candidate)
