Description
Panda appears in a poster for Panda in Rwanda, where he can be seen floating over Rwanda while holding an umbrella and a suitcase and asking "What the fuck...?!".

Notes
- This illustration was based upon a poster for the Paddington Bear film Paddington in Peru, with Panda in the place of the titular character. Several parts of the illustration were lifted directly from this poster.
- The illustration references the Rwanda asylum plan of the British government, which would have deported immigrants to Rwanda, as well as Paddington Bear's status as an illegal immigrant.
