A Brougham was a type of carriage. Messrs Thorn had a quantity of second-hand carriages for sale, including Broughams, for shippers and merchants. An advert by Messrs Thorn appeared in an 1890s copy of The Times. According to the advert, Broughams could be either single or double seated. (TV: Deep Breath)
