Lyttle Monsters Inc was a toy company on Earth. Though Earth-based, it was run by the Council of Dead. It was fronted by the Human Hawke Lyttle the Third. In 2009, General Marze used the resources of the Lyttle Monsters company to recreate the Vampire Warriors, which were used to attract the Doctor to unlock the secret of regeneration.
