Clem Fel-Hetch Blathereen was a member of the criminal Blathereen family in the 26th century. He disguised himself as a human pilot piloting a shuttle taking Rose Tyler to Justice Prime. was then attacked by Dennel (who was hiding on the shuttle).He worked with Don Arco to try and move the entire Justicia system and use it as a giant flamethrower.
