The Federal Bureau of Investigation or FBI, was an American governmental department that conducted criminal investigations.
In 1969, Richard Nixon hired former FBI agent Canton Delaware to investigate mysterious telephone calls he was receiving. He chose him based on his FBI training. (DW: The Impossible Astronaut)
