King Alalal was the king of the Surobans .
History
Alalal ordered the execution of the Tenth Doctor and the crew of the Seamancer. When Jalkis betrayed him, King Alalal ordered his execution, which turned into a battle. King Alalal's plan did not go to plan, and the Doctor managed to escape back to Earth , taking all the humans with him. (DWAM: Shipwreck!)
