Angelo Muscat (24th September 1930-10th October 1977) played one of the Chumblies in the Doctor Who serial Galaxy 4.

Angelo Muscat was born in Malta. He appeared in 14 of the 17 episodes of the sixties cult TV series The Prisoner, in which he played the famously mute Butler. Distinctly diminutive at only 4' 3" (1.3 m), he had an uncredited role as an Oompa-Loompa in the original 1971 film version of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. He also appeared in the Beatles' Magical Mystery Tour, and had an uncredited role in a 1966 BBC television dramatisation of Alice in Wonderland.

Mr. Muscat's hobby was making ornate birdcages by hand. A small group of enthusiasts dubbed the "Friends of Angelo Muscat" (FOAM) celebrate his life every year on October 10th.
