Summary
Arriving in a small English village, the Doctor discovers an escaped alien is using the power of a rainbow to control the villagers' children. The Doctor has to act fast when another alien race called the Filbiks arrive, looking for the rainbow lord. Can The Doctor free the children before the whole village is caught up in an alien war?
