Goose pimples were a natural reaction of the human body to cold temperatures. Sarah Jane Smith once disembarked from the TARDIS in February in England only to remark to the Fourth Doctor that "even her goose pimples had goose pimples]]". She then compared the temperature to that found in the Arctic. (AG: Doctor Who and the Pescatons)
