This Guard was a human guard at the Stormcage Containment Facility, in 5145.

Biography

On the guard's first day on the job, he answered a phone outside River Song's cell. The call was from Winston Churchill in 1941. He was trying to reach the Eleventh Doctor, but call was rerouted by the TARDIS.The guard was confused when Winston asked for the Doctor, thinking he wished to talk to Doctor River Song.

River quickly took the phone from him. After she had spoken with Winston, she put on her hallucinogenic lipstick with her back turned to the guard and asked him if he was new before returning the phone. Apologising, River kissed him and drew a stick figure of herself on the wall to distract him while she packed what she needed and headed out.

By the time reinforcements arrived, he was in Song's cell pointing a gun at the picture, thinking it was really River and that her lipstick hadn't worked on him. (DW: The Pandorica Opens)
