Kro'ka, sometimes called the Kro'ka, was a being that controlled access to the zones within the Divergent Universe. (BFA: The Creed of the Kromon, Caerdroia) He was thus occasionally called the "interzone guardian" by the Eighth Doctor. (BFA: The Last) Charlotte Pollard considered him "a little blobby weasel who does the Divergence's dirty work". Kro'ka's appearance was entirely controlled by Rassilon. At one point, it had two hands. (BFA: The Next Life)
