Stephen Perring

Stephen Perring is a voice actor for Big Finish Productions. He is perhaps best known for his continuing role as the Kro'ka, a recurring villain during the Eighth Doctor's time in the Divergent Universe, and as Cardinal Matthias in Gallifrey.
