'''Felman Lux''' was the grandson of [[Strackman Lux]], the [[human]] who built [[the Library]]. After the library computer locked down the Library it took three generations of the Lux family to decode the seals, so it was Felman Lux who assembled an expedition to find out what had gone wrong. He travelled to the planet with Professor [[River Song]] and other [[archaeologist]]s. His personal assistant was [[Evangelista|Miss Evangelista]].  
Some time after the Library was completed, a [[Vashta Nerada]] infection triggered a lockdown, and it was up to Felman's descendants to break the seals and find out what had become of Charlotte. Including himself, this took three generations of the [[Lux family]].


At first his intentions seem to (vainly) be protecting his family's patent for the Library. Later however it is revealed he cares for Charlotte (CAL) "because she's family", and wanted to protect her.
His grandson, [[Strackman Lux]], was finally able to penetrate the Library and funded an archaeological expedition led by Professor [[River Song]]. Joined by the [[Tenth Doctor]] and [[Donna Noble]] they were able to solve the mystery of what had happened on the planet and save the thousands of people who had been trapped there.
