The Chromosome Connection was a Doctor Who Adventures comic story featuring the Tenth Doctor.
It introduced a new companion, Heather McCrimmon, who was the first companion created for Doctor Who Adventures.

Heather McCrimmon, a 19-year-old student in Edinburgh, goes ghost hunting. But she comes face to face with the apparition of her ancestors, and meets a man called the Doctor.
