Alan Moore (born 18 November 1953[1]) was the writer of a number of backup features for Doctor Who Magazine during the earlier phase of his career. He left the title alongside fellow writer Steve Moore (no relation), after Steve Moore heard from group editor Paul Neary that DWM editor Alan McKenzie was taking one of his strips without his knowledge.
