Razbahan was a place which had ruins at some point either during, or before, the 50th Century. A Weeping Angel was in the ruins and retrieved in the end of the 50th Century. According to River Song, the angel was "pulled from the ruins of Razbahan, end of last century". (TV: The Time of Angels)
