Sergeant Pete Walters (PROSE: Station Keeping) was a UNIT officer who served under Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart during the Cyberman invasion of Earth. (TV: The Invasion)
At some point Walters was promoted to Captain (despite the fact that NCOs are not usually promoted to commissioned officers) and was placed in charge of the aircraft hangar where UNIT had been temporarily headquartered during the Cyberman invasion.
