Casey Laws was a young human child who lived in the Res-3 sector of the Mnemosyne Cincture with her mother, Jo Laws, brother Sam Laws and sister Phee Laws. Sam had once taken her down to the mines in which he worked where she encountered an odd blue substance. As she watched, it grew to take a form almost identical to hers. This became the Blue Doll, First, and the template for all other Blue Dolls created by the Arkive.
