Marshall Stenn was a Sontaran officer. He tried to acquire Kurt Schalk and his persuasion machine from Garundel. He didn't trust Garundel but knew the mission was for the greater good of the Sontaran empire, as getting the machine would stop it falling into the hand of the Rutan Host. He didn't want to relinquish his weapons, but was persuaded by Garundel to. He stopped Krakenmother Banarra from murdering Elizabeth Klein, but later took her prisoner. He negotiated with Ziv and Will Arrowsmith to get the weapons. He was captured by the Daleks, as Garundel was working for them. (AUDIO: Starlight Robbery)
