Lt. Doyle was a cyber controlled police officer in Fell's Point, Baltimore, Maryland. He was ordered to kill the Sixth Doctor with cyanide-laced coffee in September 1984. As the Cybermen were logical, the Doctor stopped him and carried the cup of coffee everywhere. He led the siege of the graveyard where Anthony Chambers was killed. (AUDIO: The Reaping)
