Flora was a member of staff at Torchwood House, working for Lady Isobel MacLeish.
Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]
In 1879, when she was fifteen years old, she was employed as a maid to Lady Isobel.
She avoided being captured by the Brethen of St Catherine's during their takeover of Torchwood House. After meeting Rose Tyler, they were both captured and chained up to face the Host as he transformed into a werewolf.
After learning of its use as a repellent against the werewolf, Flora helped her mistress prepare mistletoe as a defence against the creature.
