Captain Eugene Petion was an officer in the Haitian military in the early 20th century. He helped the Seventh Doctor stop the return of a Great Old One. He was shot by Paul Richmann, and lost his right arm as a result. (PROSE: White Darkness)
Petion and his wife went on to run a restaurant in New Orleans, and were among the guests at Bernice Summerfield and Jason Kane's wedding in Cheldon Bonniface on 24 April 2010. (PROSE: Happy Endings)
