The ticket was featured in the 2013 edition of Doctor Who at the Proms. It was a special ticket that could swap the body of its user to another place, but without the clothes. Sometimes it could also cut off some of the user's hair. On 11 July, 2013 Clara and the Eleventh Doctor used these tickets to swap their bodies into the Doctor's own Prom show.
The 2013 Proms picks up from Doctor Who Proms Film. They end up at the proms but without clothes so they changed and sometimes it could also cut off some of its user's hair.

During the video on screen, the Doctor is shown with his full head of hair. However, on stage, he now has a short, near-buzz haircut which Clara points out. The Doctor blames it on the ticket. In reality, this was due to Matt Smith having had to cut his hair for Ryan Gosling's directorial debut How to Catch a Monster which was shot between the filming of the skit (presumably at some point during production of series 7) and the Prom concert.
