Rag Cobden was the head of the community on Onyakis. He was part of a mining operation there trying to find a power source. Cobden often cut corners in the pursuit of his mission and had those who disagreed with him killed in "mining accidents." He didn't want to take the Kroton headset off. He was taken over by the Krotons and, when he tried to resist, they killed him. (AUDIO: Return of the Krotons)
