Richard Beauregard was a scientist who worked for the Sentinels of the New Dawn, building a time machine in University of Cambridge in 2014 through which Liz Shaw and the Third Doctor travelled. He was a historian and a member of the aristocracy. (AUDIO: The Sentinels of the New Dawn)
