Harry Harvey was a 20th century resident of the Quadrant.
He was saved from mugging by the N-Form manifesting through Simon Jenkins. He told David Daniels about it. Harry's wife Sylvie had died years previously. He took Gabriel Tyler to see his twin. (PROSE: Damaged Goods, AUDIO: Damaged Goods)
