The Lord of the Red Moon was one of the Lords Celestial in Mictlan. During a meeting of the Last Parliament, he noticed the disappearance of one of the Ninety-Nine Houses. He was presumably destroyed when the Fendahl Predator devoured the home of the Celestis. (PROSE: The Taking of Planet 5)
