Flossie was the head chef at a hotel on an asteroid. She met the Eighth Doctor, Fitz Kreiner and Anji Kapoor when they attended a convention at the hotel about 20th century science fiction. She unintentionally joined them when they left in the TARDIS. After the original timeline relating to The True History of Planets was restored, she and Fritter left with Iris Wildthyme.
